This two-year, full-time program leads to the Hair Professional Qualification and includes hands-on salon experience, training at the Francesco Group Academy—rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted—and an End-Point Assessment.

We are expanding our hairdressing team across the group and are looking for passionate stylists to join us in both full-time (five days) and part-time (three or four day) positions. We’re looking for spa therapists and senior therapists to join our team across four salon locations. Enjoy excellent pay, inspiring education, and a supportive environment with career development and progression.

You’ll deliver a wide range of treatments in a professional setting, using top brands like SkinCeuticals, ESPA, CACI, HD Brows, LVL, ELIM, and O.P.I. Experience with these is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll provide training.

Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty/Spa Therapy.
