OUR MULTI-PURPOSE STUDIO AT ASHBOURNE IS A SPACE WHERE YOU CAN TAKE PART IN A VARIETY OF CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS. WE ALSO HAVE CHANGING AND SHOWER FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO ALLOW YOU TO COMBINE CLASSES WITH TREATMENTS AND HAIR APPOINTMENTS.

OUR CLASSES
Yoga: Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Each class combines physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation.
Shred: Circuit HIIT training for all abilities, this class aims to burn calories and aid fat loss.
Pilates: Pilates will enhance your body awareness, improve posture, balance and co-ordination helping to achieve a longer, leaner and stronger physique.
CLASS PASSES
The classes we offer at Ashbourne offer excellent value for money and small class sizes. You can attend any class by purchasing a pass which can then be used over a three month period. A 5 Class Pass is £50 and an 11 Class Pass is £100.
For January 2020 we are offering an introductory TRIO CLASS PASS for £30 to enable you to try our classes without a bigger commitment. You can use the three credits for any studio session.
