To help support you when you need a boost of negativity, ESPA have created the new Positivity range.To help you feel as good as you possibly can, we have also compiled a few lifestyle tips to help make you feel that little bit more positive and happy in your daily life.

1. See the positive in negative situations. Look at an experience and think, “did I learn anything from this?” or “am I a better/stronger person because of this?” then you won’t feel as if you have wasted time, energy or emotions.

3. Basic self-care activities such as regular exercise, good nutrition and sleep all contribute to you having a positive mindset and improving your self esteem.
